Yes. Once your order is confirmed we can hold it at the showroom for collection. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for how long reserved items are kept.

Island-wide delivery in Mauritius is free on orders over Rs 1,999. Below that amount a small delivery charge applies and is confirmed with your quote. Rodrigues and international delivery are available on quote.

In-stock items are usually delivered within a few working days depending on your area. Timings by region, and what happens during cyclone warnings, are listed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Unworn shoes in their original condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Your first size exchange is free. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Contact us with your order details and photos. Manufacturing defects are covered, and we will repair, replace or refund according to our warranty terms.
